each command's data structures, constants and definitions and each command's
library and Crypto card hex and decimal return codes and definitions.

extensive setup, database, and monthly analysis reports, record
customer service calls, electronically transmit eligibility files to
the carriers, and

Designed a Win 3.1-based
graphic-user interface (GUI), developed artwork, and co-wrote
a specification for the master program scheduler software for General Instrument's Digicipher
II system. (The software was proposed to control the uplink programming
and scheduling to provide viewers a selection of over 1000 cable channels, including
offerings in multiple languages, captions for the hearing impaired,
and focus on highly specialized subjects.) Worked on other specifications, developed ISO 9000
forms, and helped form other company-wide documentation standards.

software catalog developed for Fox Movietone. Documentation included instructions for

and new customers required less training. CMI salespersons used

also reduced
the need for customer support staff by 40%, and dramatically reduced
CMI's accompanying
phone bills.

Regarding the work, the September '92 issue of LAN Technology said "The MasterDat instruction

Also developed and updated GigaTrend's user guide for their DAT
tape backup system for the IBM AS-400.

aluminum can sorters, flatteners and densifiers. Some of the manuals were translated
into French, Italian and German. One received an award from the

welder for welding nuclear fuel rods. Called the "Cadillac of Maxwell manuals," the document
became a design model for all subsequent manuals. Developed numerous
custom manuals for laser power conditioning systems, magnetic
metal forming equipment, Marx generators, electromagnetic pulse (EMP) test equipment and
pulse power components. Wrote procedures for handling hazardous
waste. Wrote copy and scripts and produced brochures and videotapes that greatly increased
the sales of Maxwell products. Developed Quality Assurance and
Workmanship Standards manuals.
